1941 Bolivia License Plate Number Tag – Tarija, 1987 California License Plate NN 666 – Triple Letter Triple Number and 2006 Louisiana License Plate Number 40 – Waste Water Operator

The plate was issued in Tarija, a southern department in Bolivia bordering Argentina and Paraguay. The letter “P” stands for Particular (Private), indicating this plate was assigned to a privately owned passenger vehicle.Older, region-specific plates from South America  are collectible because Tarija has a much smaller population compared to major Bolivian administrative hubs like La Paz. Significantly fewer vehicles were registered in Tarija. Finding an intact steel plate from the early 1940s in this condition is relatively uncommon in the license plate collecting community.
